Privacy, by default.

This policy explains how WeKare Partners LLC handles information when you use MOSA, visit the MOSA website, or contact us about the service.

01 / OVERVIEW

Our approach to privacy

WeKare Partners LLC ("WeKare," "we," "us," or "our") develops and operates MOSA. We design MOSA around data minimization, purpose limitation, and user control.

This policy applies to the MOSA app, H5 service, website, and related support communications. A notice shown when you choose to use a specific feature may provide additional details and will supplement this policy.

Private by default

Your MOSA records and personal content are private to your account by default. We do not create public profiles from that content or expose it to other users without an action you initiate.

02 / INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information depends on how you use MOSA

Information you provide

  • Account information: email address, authentication credentials, verification status, display name, language, time zone, and profile settings.
  • Content you create: entries, dates, intentional blank states, moods, colors, tags, life stages, canvases, saved works, and related edit or sync status.
  • Communications: information you include when you contact us for support or make a privacy request.
  • Invitations: limited technical data needed to create, expire, revoke, and redeem an invitation you choose to send.

Information collected automatically

  • Network and security data: IP address, request time, browser or device type, requested page, request identifier, and security or server logs.
  • App and device data: app and build version, operating system version, device model, language, sync status, and error codes.
  • Optional diagnostics: controlled crash and reliability information when you turn diagnostic sharing on. Diagnostic sharing is off by default.

We do not use advertising trackers to build profiles about your activity. The current MOSA service does not access Apple Health data. If a future feature would process health information or send private content to an AI provider, we will first provide a specific notice and request any consent required before that processing begins.

03 / HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information for defined purposes

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts;
  • save, synchronize, display, and restore content you choose to create;
  • provide product functionality, localization, support, and service communications;
  • detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security risks;
  • diagnose reliability issues when optional diagnostic sharing is enabled;
  • comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements; and
  • improve MOSA using aggregated or de-identified insights where practical.

We do not sell personal information, use private MOSA content for targeted advertising, or use personal or health information for insurance, employment, credit, or eligibility decisions.

04 / HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We limit disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, operate, and support MOSA, such as cloud infrastructure, content delivery, security, and transactional email providers. They may process information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when you direct us to, when reasonably necessary to protect users or our services, or when required by valid legal process. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not share private MOSA content with an inviter merely because an invitation was sent or accepted.

05 / RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep information only as needed

We retain account information and user content while an account is active and as needed to provide MOSA. Security and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period based on operational, fraud-prevention, and legal needs. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced through our normal backup cycle.

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, password hashing, token protection, data isolation, logging controls, and security monitoring. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

06 / YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Your information remains yours

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to appeal or object to certain processing. You may also update available profile settings and turn optional diagnostic sharing off in the product.

To make a privacy request, email contact@wekarepartners.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

07 / INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Services operated from the United States

WeKare is based in California. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data protection laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.

08 / AGE REQUIREMENTS

MOSA is intended for adults

MOSA is intended for people age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through MOSA. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

09 / CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We will keep this policy current

We may update this policy as MOSA, our service providers, or our legal obligations change. We will revise the effective date above and provide additional notice when a change is material or when applicable law requires it.
